WE ALL HAVE A SMILE when we see obvious spelling mistakes on restaurant menus, or retailers' signboards.

However, we feel very embarrassed when we are discovered presenting serious product information containing a TYPO. We wanted it to look professional, but this error is distracting the potential client who is now wondering if we really know what we are talking about.
