Ensuring your words are right to the letter — by Liz Seaton
How often do we see a beautiful presentation marred by language errors?
Typos and errors are a distraction to the reader. They lessen the impact of the message and detract from the business’s profile.
Beyond Reproof Proofreading and Editing Services guarantees your presentation will be exactly that- beyond reproof; free of errors, concise and of the highest standard in language and appearance. Your message will be seen in its best light by the discerning public.
Initially Beyond Reproof will give your written material (sent as hard copy, or electronically as a Word document or HTML) a basic proofread where spelling, punctuation, appropriate grammar and word usage, sentence structure, use of abbreviations, and correct text formatting are checked thoroughly.
For more extensive work, such as restructuring, recommendations are made and quoted on accordingly.
Rates
The minimum fee for a basic proofread is A$35 (including GST) for documents up to 850 words. For larger projects the rate is $35 for the first 850 words, then 3 cents per word thereafter. Urgent jobs (within 24 hours) will be charged at a higher, negotiated rate.
Turn-around time is 2 to 3 days for documents up to 2000 words. |
