Most websites are hosted on Linux operating systems, and use scripts like PHP and databases like MySQL.
Some large websites use the Windows operating system. These are able to use VBScript ASP and ASP.NET scripts and Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access databases.
Platypus is reseller for each hosting system.
All use HTML, which can be created by hand coding, by HTML editors, and by scripts.
Each has similar functions, email boxes, mail forwarders, web mail, spam filters, domain parking, logs, web stats, etc.
Both PHP (in Linux) and ASP (in Windows) have similar facilities for e.g. including a common header and footer file for each web page, and for reading from databases.

The uploading of files by FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to each system is the same. Each system also has a File Manager which can upload/edit files.
