About bank transfers

Bank transfer / Direct credit: –
Our name shows on your bank statement, and what you enter as a reference (your name or domain name or invoice No.) shows on our bank statement. Internet bank transfers are easy and secure. Copy and paste these details:

We can process your order immediately if you email us your deposit receipt. How to do this:–

• When you make the bank transfer, "pay anyone" - or whatever your bank calls it, your bank displays a screen showing the details of which account you are paying from and which account you are paying to, plus the amount and date.
• Your bank may have a facility to print the deposit receipt to a PDF for you to email. Otherwise, if you hit the print screen [PrtScr] key on your keyboard (near to [F12]) - and then in the body of an email hit Ctrl V (Edit Paste) - you can then email an image of the bank's screen showing your payment.
• Even if you don't do this, your payment will show in our bank within two days, depending on whether you paid before or after 6:00pm A.E.S.T.
• We have an occasional problem when our bank shows a credit with a reference like "Cash deposit" or "Web Hosting" and no clue to the name of the depositor. Then we must wait until someone asks us if we have received their payment. We email several hundred invoices a year and don't have any psychic skills.
  Tip: If you put your name, domain name or invoice number as a reference, we will know what the payment is for.
