One of our early clients was the Murrumbidgee Catchment Management Committee, a community group with the support of the NSW Dept of Land and Water Conservation. They published their Management Action Plan in full.
Later, came the Southern Catchment, then the South Eastern, Wollondilly, Coxes River, and others.
Catchment Management Committees became Catchment Management Boards.
The Dept of Land and Water Conservation was swallowed by the Department of Infrastructure Planning and Natural Resources.
Then with the 2004 NSW State Government Budget the Boards became Authorities directly under the State Government. At that point the Government's own in house IT section took over the websites for the Authorities.
In July 2005 the Southern Rivers Catchment Management Authority engaged us to update their website as the Department of Infrastructure Planning and Natural Resources had insufficient resources to do the updates.
